Historic Building Details

Designed by architect Torcuato Cayón in 1736-1745, the property was once part of Cádiz's merchant aristocracy. Original Carrara marble and mahogany elements remain alongside restored galleries and staircases. The façade features 12 compositional axes and a later-added tower. Protected as Architectural Heritage (Category 2), it underwent renovation by Vilches Arquitectos to add an elevator and adapt units while preserving structural details like corner guards and fencing.
